Disney has announced that its upcoming ad-supported tier of Disney+ will cost $7.99–as much as its current ad-free plan–and will be available starting December 8. That same day, there will also be a price hike for the ad-free plan, which will increase to $10.99 per month and change its name to Disney+ Premium.

When the new tier launches, it will mark the first time that Disney introduces commercials onto its flagship streaming service, which the company shared in a Q3 earnings report has racked up 152.1 million subscribers worldwide since launching on November 2019.

As of October 10, Hulu is going from $12.99 to $14.99, and ad-supported from $6.99 to $7.99.

Walt Disney World has big plans to grow. The company has confirmed plans for the “largest expansion ever” at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom park, though many of the key details remain a mystery for now.

Disney is planning to expand beyond the existing Big Thunder Mountain Railroad attraction for a new space that will be about the same size as Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, which is 14 acres. “It’s probably the largest expansion ever at Magic Kingdom,” Disney’s Michael Hundgen said, as reported by CNN.
